Meet The Team
Joe Stevens
Director & Founder
With a decade of industry experience and 6 years dedicated to finance Joe has seen almost every scenario, from start up businesses looking for their first piece of kit to established enterprises looking to streamline their cash flow.
Joe started his career working in the motor trade for 5 years and has always put a focus on customer service and building long term partnerships with his clients.
After his time in the motor trade Joe then moved onto a role within a finance brokerage where he spent 5 years learning the industry and what makes a great client experience, Joe decided it was time to set up his own brokerage that reflected his own values. His mission is to use the knowledge and expertise to help businesses and individuals get access to tailored finance that meets their specific requirements. All of this while putting long term partnerships first.
Outside of work Joe is a keen golfer, Liverpool fan and of course enjoys going to the pub for a beer.
Lilly Dodds
Marketing Lead
With experience across both in-house and agency marketing, Lilly brings a creative and people-focused approach to building the Veloris brand.
She believes great marketing starts with truly understanding your audience — knowing who they are, what they need and, most importantly, how you can help solve a problem for them. It’s an approach that fits naturally with the Veloris philosophy of building genuine, long-term partnerships.
At Veloris, Lilly is responsible for bringing the brand to life, creating meaningful content and making sure our marketing reflects what we’re all about: building relationships, understanding our customers and helping businesses move forward.
Outside of work, Lilly is happiest by the beach or out walking her dog, Finley. She also enjoys reading, Pilates and padel - ideally followed by an Aperol Spritz in the sun.
